Can I still access 2019 QB docs after I cancel my monthly account? My small business has closed, but because I'm still waiting for my 2019 Federal Tax refund I don't want to be without my receipts

I can't get past this page in order to see my info. I stopped the subscription in Oct (I believe) and I'm trying to do taxes for 2020. Thanks

Hi there, Sammypup23.

Once you cancel your QuickBooks Self-Employed subscription, you have one year to access your data. However, you're unable to do taxes for 2020. That said, I suggest resubscribing your account to file your tax return.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
  2. Select the profile icon and then Billing info.
  3. Select View options to see different subscription types, such as the TaxBundle.
  4. Click Subscribe. Then, review your billing and payment info.
  5. Hit Subscribe.

For additional information, you can refer to this article: Resubscribe to QuickBooks Self-Employed.

I've also included an article that will help you in preparing your annual taxes: QuickBooks Self-Employed - Annual taxes guide.
