Thanks for dropping by the Community with your question. As far as accessing your information after you cancel, you will be able to do so for up to 1 year after cancellation. Everything will remain safe and stored on our cloud for that year. If you're looking for the steps to cancel your subscription follow along below.

I can't get past this page in order to see my info. I stopped the subscription in Oct (I believe) and I'm trying to do taxes for 2020. Thanks

Once you cancel your QuickBooks Self-Employed subscription, you have one year to access your data. However, you're unable to do taxes for 2020. That said, I suggest resubscribing your account to file your tax return.
