I can get you to the right department who can handle billing concerns. When you archive a form in QBO, it will be available for viewing and printing only.
In order to delete it from your account, we recommend that you get in touch with our Support Team. They have the tools to check your account and help you manage your archived forms.

As long as the Delete option is available, you can undo the archived form. Let me show you how:
