Hi andrewrobertyode,
I'm glad you're taking the time to post today. I'll be sure to share the information you need about merging the payroll version you mentioned and QBO.
As of right now, we're unable to merge Intuit Full Service Payroll profiles into a (QBO) company. The only option we have is to sync them to export your payroll data to QBO.
If you want to sync your data, please follow the detailed instructions in this article: Setup Export of Intuit Full Service Payroll Data to QuickBooks Online. It has screenshots, too, which makes the steps easier to follow.
If you don't want the sync option, you will still need payroll software for your reports and forms though. Therefore, I suggest doing the sync. However, you know your business better, so it's up to you. We'll just be here to ensure you're guided through the processes.
Feel free to go back to this thread if you have other questions about your payroll and QuickBooks. We'll keep an eye on your post to make sure we won't miss them.
Thanks for the response, Jess, but I don't think this solves my problem. I received an email saying that Intuit Full Service Payroll was going to automatically convert to The issue is that I have already initiated the conversion from full service payroll to QuickBooks Online Payroll on 5/24. I initiated the conversion from Intuit Full Service Payroll but when I try to log in to QuickBooks Online Payroll using the link in the conversion email I get a message that my account is disabled. Now I no longer have access to either the Intuit Full Service Payroll account or the new QuickBooks Online Payroll account.
