I hope your day is going well so far. The best way to get Enhanced Payroll for Accountants is by going to our page and signing up. It only takes a few easy steps. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to https://quickbooks.intuit.com/accountants/products-solutions/payroll/enhanced-payroll-for-accountant...
  2. Select the Products & Solutions portion of the page. 
  3. Locate the phone number to sign up. 

 

It's that simple! This is an additional link that can provide information about pricing for QuickBooks Online Enhanced Payroll

My Accountant already has  Enhanced Payroll for Accountants, so how do I incorporate it with my Quickbooks Online.

Wanted to see if there was any solution to her already having enchaned payroll...Can she somehow go into our account and do payroll...

Thanks for your prompt response, @liz-mist-er-comf.

 

Currently, we're unable to incorporate your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account with the accountant's payroll account. That said, your accountant won't be able to run payroll in your QBO account if you haven't subscribed to one of our payroll services.

 

Once you've subscribed to one of our payroll services and associate it with your QBO account, you can add your accountant as a user and let him manage and do payroll for you.

 

Here's how to subscribe to one of our payroll services:

  1. Click the Gear icon on the top right.
  2. Go to Account and Settings and then select Billing & Subscription.
  3. Click Subscribe to one of our Payroll Services.
  4. Enter information for all the required fields.
  5. Hit Subscribe.

 

Once done, you'll be able to add your accountant as a Company Admin to do payroll on your behalf. You can follow these steps below:

  1. Go to Gear and then select Manage users.
  2. Click the Add user button, and then enter the info needed.
  3. Click Save.
