Can not down load 2020 on my old computer (window 7) to my 2017 Quickbooks
For QB2020 Win7 SP1 was only silupported through end of January 2020. You can upgrade your OS to 8.1 or 10 or buy a new computer, or stay with QB2017 until Msh when its support ends. If you rely on receiving customer payments through QB merchant services you will have to move to newer QB by end of May
