Can not verify payroll subscription. Tried Everything. Can someone help me?

Hey mdwsmw2,

 

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! To proceed further, what type of payroll service are you using (i.e. Enhanced, Assisted, and so forth)? If you're uncertain, click Ctrl K at the same time, and it will show if there is an active subscription. Here are a few things to do to verify the payroll subscription:

 

  1. Update to the latest Quickbooks Desktop release and downloaded the newest tax table release.
  2. Open the  Payroll Account Management portal. Close the page.
  3. Restart your computer.
  4. Once again, download the payroll tax table.
  5. Reset QuickBooks Desktop Update.
