My wife currently has an S corp, and I will be changing from a regular LLC to an S corp as well this year, so we will both need payroll capabilities (we both have single member LLCs). The product descriptions aren't very clear, so I'm wondering if I bought the QB desktop Pro with enhanced payroll, would that cover payroll for both companies, or would i have to buy an additional payroll subscription? The new prices are mind boggling so i'm praying the one the copy will cover it.

Thank you! My wife and I each run a separate business with different EINs, so if I'm understanding correctly we should each be able to run payroll for ourselves through the one payroll subscription, I was hoping that was the case.
Hello, matt24tdg.
Yes, you're right. For one payroll subscription, you and your wife will be able to run payroll.
I've got an article that you can read through about creating paychecks in QuickBooks Desktop: Create and run your payroll.
