You are asking this on a peer user community site. We do not work for Intuit. Even those that do (moderators, team members, etc) do not have access to any account information but additionally are not authorized to make individual calls. There is a separate support group for that and other than staying on hold you can request a call.
Intuit will only initiate contact if you requested a call back from our Support about a specific issue in QuickBooks.
