Hi there, Jlopez624. The CA DE 9 and DE 9C are quarterly reports. If you're looking for 2025 filings, ensure the first quarter has actually ended and been processed, as these forms typically won't appear in the "Archived" section until the filing period is closed and the transmission is complete.
Here's how:
- Navigate to the Taxes menu and select Payroll Tax.
- Click on the Filings tab.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the Filing Resources section.
- Select Archived forms and filings.
- Use the Filter (or dropdown) to specifically select:
- Form Type: CA DE 9 or CA DE 9C.
- Period: 2025. If the form was successfully filed, it will appear in the list.
- Click View to open the PDF.
If the quarter has just ended, the form may still be under the Upcoming Filings or Done section on the main Filings page rather than the Archived. QuickBooks often moves them to the Archive once the agency acceptance is confirmed.
