My employee has a pre-tax gross of $4500 every two week he pays $500 for his Health Insurance His SS and Med is based on the $4500 his state and fed taxes are based on $4000. This is not on his pay stub what report shows this

About your second question, we can run the Payroll Summary by Employee report. This will show the Gross Pay, Adjusted Gross Pay, Net Pay, Employer Taxes and Contributions.

I am trying to add employee paychecks so year info will be complete. in pyrll setup entered all employees paid in 2022 then into payroll history. click on January entered specific paydate and info but gross earnings not listed how do I get it to show up. get stuck because dn calculate or let me enter net pay

Once you have successfully added a paycheck, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This is done to speed up the process next time you do a transaction in QuickBooks Online. Also, an alternative way is to use other compatible browsers.
