Can someone tell me why as of a few days ago I can no longer make rows in description area of services.??????

That is the quick books online app. That stopped me from making Rows. I can only add rows if I go to QuickBooks.com which is very inconvenient for me.

We can start by refreshing the data within the app to remove the older cache that causes this odd behavior. Here's how:

 

For Android:

 

  1. Go to the Menu ☰ , then click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Refresh Data.
  3. Tap Yes.

 

For iOS:

 

  1. Go to the Menu ☰ icon, then select Help & Feedback.
  2. Tap Refresh Data.
  3. Select Refresh.

 

However, if the issue persists, I suggest uninstalling and then reinstalling the mobile app. It allows you to use the app on a clean slate. Follow the steps below to proceed:

 

  1. Tap and hold the app on your phone.
  2. Drag the app to the Uninstall section.
  3. Select Yes to confirm.

Thanks for your suggestions unfortunately they do not work. Now in order to make an invoice I must log into my account online with my phone. It is a pain app was much easier. If I go to the online site to make my invoice after I hit services then description area I can make multiple lines there. Last week I could do it on the app. I truly believe the software people somehow removed that option from the app.
