Buy nowIs anyone else experiencing the issue where you login to QB Online Payroll and it can not find your account?
I spoke with tech support for 3+ hrs and they can not resolve the problem. I have been running online payroll for years with this acct and am all paid up. Now I can not get in.
I have tried every browser and reset. The issue is on the backend but no one in support has the ability to help. I can not login to do anything, however I can log-in to Intuit Acct management and see that I have been billed! It is incredibly frustrating. Here is the only response I get from support:
Engineers are aware of the issue and it is in the process of being prioritized/investigated. Although this is being actively looked at, we do not have an ETA for resolution at this time.
It’s clear how challenging this situation must be, @Busghop. especially with your long history with the service. I’m here to provide an update on the issue you encountered to help you get back to managing your payroll smoothly.
As our representative informed you, we are currently investigating the specific error preventing access to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. Rest assured, our engineering team is actively working to resolve this issue and anticipate an update with you soon.
While we don’t have a specific resolution date at this moment, could you please confirm if you’ve already been added to the list of affected users during your call with our support representative?
If you haven't been added yet, I recommend contacting them again to ensure you receive timely updates regarding the status of the investigation and forthcoming resolutions.
Here's how to reach a live representative:
1. Click on the Help button at the top of the page of your QBO company.
2. Choose the Search tab, then click Contact us.
3. Type in your concern and click Continue.
4. Choose to Have as call you.
For support availability, please see this page: Contact Payroll Support.
I'm also adding this page to provide a detailed view of your financial information. Please use this to access the list of payroll reports and transactions for your employees: Run payroll reports.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work on a fix for this issue. If you have any questions about account access or other QuickBooks payroll-related concerns, such as payroll processing, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are committed to providing you with all the support you need.
Thanks for your reply. Yes I have received an email saying they are working to resolve. It is unacceptable that I can not access my payroll history.
You are suggesting that I contact support again after already wasted 3.5 hrs yesterday?!
Sorry, but this is not very helpful advice.
I am having the same issue but I cannot even access my QBO so I cannot go to the help tab. It keeps bringing me back to the same page. I am able to login to Intuit but not Quickbooks to view my paystubs.

If you're unable to get signed in to your books, you can recover the account. You can find a button to initiate the process on our Get in Touch with Intuit webpage.
You can also find a direct contact number on our Intuit Support & Blog Resources page. Be sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available.
Once you get in touch with an agent from our Customer Care team, I'd recommend referencing the investigation's case number (INV-112519). They'll be able to pull up your account and the case in a secure environment and conduct further research with you.
Please don't hesitate to send a reply if there's any additional questions. Have an awesome Wednesday!
I contacted the support line and they stated they were unable to help me. At this point, should I have my employer remove me from his account and re-add me? I want to be able to access my paystubs. It has been over a month now.

I believe this post is a duplicate, and one of my colleagues addressed it for you. If you haven't been notified of the response, check it here.
Additionally, you might find it helpful to create a summary report to view your employees' totals and other payroll-related information. I’ve got a great article that can guide you through the process: Create a payroll summary report in QuickBooks.
