Can you access copies of the 1099's after they were e-filed?

Hello, dcampli.

Yes, you can! I'll show you how you can print the e-filed 1099 copies.

You'll want to go through the process of creating the 1099 forms to print the copies. Instead of e-filing again, you'll be given an option to print or save a copy.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Expenses menu, then click the Vendors tab.
  2. Click the Prepare 1099s button.
  3. Proceed with Continue your 1099s
  4. Review your contractors' information and account mapping, then hit Next.
  5. Click Finish preparing 1099s
  6. When you hit Step 5, make sure to click on No, I'll print and mail.
  7. Continue with the printing process.
