We have received several reports regarding this, and our Product Engineers are now working to fix it as quickly as possible. In the meantime, you can manually print the forms and send it to your employees as a workaround.
1. Go to Taxes menu at the left panel, then Payroll Tax. 2. In the Forms section, select View Archived Forms under Annual Forms. 3. Click the W-2 form, then choose View and Print.

Also, I highly suggest contacting our Payroll Support Team so they can add your company details to the list of affected users. Once added, you’ll be notified through email once an update is available. Here's how to reach them:
