May I know if you're getting any error messages when trying to update your payment/billing information in QuickBooks Online (QBO)? Any additional information will help me provide the best resolution.
In the meantime, try signing into your QBO using a private browser (incognito). There are times that the browser is already full of frequently accessed page resources (cache and cookies), causing some unusual responses.
Here's how:
If it's successful, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.

For 24 hours I have been getting a "QB cannot update your CC information at this time" message. I need to change to a different CC or enter our bank account information because the card on file isn't working for some reason. In the notice of the attempt to charge our card, I am being told to update the info and QB will try again in a few days. On the QB website it says QB will not automatically re-process the charge. I am guessing perhaps I need to call and give the payment info over the phone?
