Horrific experience. I call QBO customer service and they transfer me to Tsheets. This after I explain that we have the basic time function that is included in QBO Plus. The reps at Tsheets apologize and transfer me back to customer service. Had to call at 6am PDT this morning because those are the hours M-F. No weekend hours. BRILLIANT!
The issue has still not been resolved and no one has a clue how to fix it.
By far, the worst customer service experience as issue has now been ongoing for over a month.
$80/month, fairly inexpensive compared to other accounting softwares.But you get what you pay for.
Done with this QB bs as soon as we find an alternative at a competitive price.
