Let me share additional information about transferring the primary admin role.
Please know that only the current primary administrator can transfer this role. In addition, make sure that the user you want to make the primary administrator should be listed as a company admin in the Role column. If they’re not, you can select the Edit option to update their role.
When you're all set up and ready, here's how to change the primary admin in your QuickBooks company:
Once the user receives the invitation email, have them click the link and accept the invitation to be the primary admin.
