I can help share some insights about changing the dates of your pay period, Jaltea.
We're unable to change the dates of your pay schedule. However, we can delete and create a new one, and then assign it to the employee(s).
To create a new schedule:
- Go to the Settings icon and select Payroll Settings.
- In the Payroll and Services section, select Pay Schedules.
- Select Create.
- Enter the pay period and pay date.
- Select OK.
- Click on OK to save.
To assign a pay schedule to an employee:
- Go to Payroll and select Employees.
- Select the name of the employee.
- Click on the pencil icon beside Pay.
- Go to the How often do you pay (employee's name) drop-down and choose a pay schedule.
- Click on Done.
