Hi, I just started to set up payroll to my employee. I already paid her , it is two weeks from the last day she worked. Sept.13, since the pay period with that week starts Sept. 7, it looks like that I paid her the 3rd week monday Sept. 28. , how can I start to pay her weekly. and is it possible to start the pay period from Sunday to Saturday?? Yes, it is possible to process payroll and pay your employee every week. We have to set up and add a weekly payroll schedule first. You can follow these steps:
Go to the Payroll tab and select Employees.
Select the employee's name and click Edit employee.
From the How often do you pay drop-down, click Add new if you haven't added the weekly schedule.
Choose Every Week, and enter the details required. Then, click Done.
Once done, QuickBooks Online Payroll will remind you for the next payroll based on the new schedule you setup. Here are some of the links you can check for more details:
