Chat and callback currently closed? How do we contact QuickBooks! My direct deposit payroll did not process today. Any ideas on why this would happen?

Hi triciah0719,

 

Phone lines are now open. We temporarily suspended calls yesterday to prevent long hold times as we resolve a direct deposit payroll issue. 

 

We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing yesterday morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' pays into their accounts.
 
The issue has been resolved and your employees should have received their funds by the end of the day.

 

We know how critical each paycheck is to your team. This is, even more, the case in our current environment. Thank you for your patience as we took care of the issue.
