Check Printing and Layout

I am printing on voucher checks, but nothing is printing on the vouchers themselves.  The contractors address are printing on the checks themselves as well, over the top of where the bank information is.  Is there anyway to change what prints where on the voucher checks or is it a fixed layout?

Check Printing and Layout

Sending good vibes to you, boosterstreasurer.

Let's get your printing issue corrected.

An outdated Adobe version can lead to a problem when printing in QuickBooks Online. You may need to update the Adobe Reader.

Here's how:

  1. Launch Adobe Reader or Acrobat.
  2. Choose Help, and then Check for Updates.
  3. Follow the steps in the Update window to download and install the latest updates.

If the problem continues after the update, try repairing the Adobe Reader.

  1. Close Acrobat/Reader and all open web browser windows.
  2. Select the Start button at the bottom left of your screen.
  3. Type Control Panel, then press Enter.
  4. Select Programs and Features.
  5. Select Acrobat or Adobe Reader, then Uninstall/Change.
  6. In the Setup dialog box, select Next.
  7. Select Repair, then Next. Select Install.
  8. When the process is complete, select Finish.
  9. Restart your computer.
  10. Log back in to QuickBooks Online, then try to print.
