CO Form DR 1093

Hi there, @jantco.

Currently, the CO DR 1093 form hasn't been finalized yet. We're working to stay compliant with the Colorado state. We appreciate your patience, and we'll notify you via email for the updates.

You'll want to wait and get the latest payroll tax tables before seeing this form.

Also, I encourage you to check the latest payroll news and updates article to stay current with QuickBook's most recent payroll updates for all Desktop Payroll's versions.

Please drop a comment if you have additional questions. I'll be happier to help. Take care, jantco.

CO Form DR 1093

If it hasn't been finalized yet, then why does the form print just fine in QBO?  It's only in desktop that the watermark appears.

@Jovychris_A

The OP's question was, "Why is it that the CO Form DR 1093 is fine in QBO and in desktop it says the form isn't final yet?"

Did you answer the question?  No, you didn't.

CO Form DR 1093

I'd like to provide some clarifications regarding the CO form DR 1093 in QuickBooks Desktop, @jantco.

The CO form DR 1093 has been made available for QuickBooks Online and Desktop. Since this isn't your case, I recommend updating your tax table to the latest release.

To do that:

  1. Go to the Employees menu
  2. Select Get Payroll Updates
  3. Select the Download Entire Update checkbox.
  4. Select Download Latest Update. A window appears when the download is complete.

However, if doing this doesn't make a difference I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the tools that can further investigate the root cause of this matter.

Here's how to reach them:

  1. Click on Help at the top.
  2. Press on QuickBooks Desktop Help
  3. Select QuickBooks Support
  4. Choose your preferred way to speak with our representative.

To learn more about the available and printable forms for CO in QuickBooks Desktop, please see this link: Colorado Payroll Tax Compliance.

I'm always here to help if you need anything else. Have a good one.

Hello @suzei99,

We're unable to provide the exact date as to when will your payroll forms be ready. But please be informed that we're working with it promtly so updates will be available before your filing due which is on January 31.

With this, please be on the look out for the items on your To-Do list as instruction will be given once your form is ready.

In the same manner, I've got you this helpful article so you can keep up with the latest payroll updates mandated by your local agency: Colorado Payroll Tax Compliance.

Keep me updated in the comments if you have any other questions. I'll be here to lend a hand. Stay safe!

Hello there, suzei99,

The To-Do List can be found on the Dashboard. It's in the Get things done tab.

You will see a list of tasks which include payroll items that need your attention.

  1. Click Dashboard on the left pane.
  2. Select Get things done.

You can click the links on each task to route you to the page where you can fulfill the job.

Let me know if you need anything else. I'll also update this thread if the form is available.
