Colorado Unemployment and other issues

I called back in January asking to automate payment and filing of my Colorado Unemployment Tax.  I was told to continue to manual file the current period and it would be fixed by the time the next period filing and payment is due. IT WASN'T!!!   So I called tech support and after two hours on the phone a case was opened number [removed].   I was told the issue would be fixed by the end of the day.  It wasn't!!  The case was closed sending me an email thanking me for contacting QuickBooks with no solution and no explanation.   I called again yesterday this time asking  for a supervisor.  After more than two hours waiting on the phone NO supervisor and NO call back now eight oclock at night I simply hung up.  I called this morning for more than an hour and a half. Finally I was given the information that Colorado Unemployment electronic filing was unavailable through QuickBooks.   I was speechless.  Hours of my time wasted and several tech support people didn't have this information.  A case was closed and the information was not conveyed to me.  Why????   Unfortunately this is not the first time I have had to call multiple times recently.  I have been with QuickBooks more than 20 years and after tax season I will be looking at other alternatives.
