Hi

I have 12 employees. 10 of them are delivery drivers and service employees. I need them to have access on the QuickBooks mobile app to make invoices, bill customers, and take customers payments. The problem I have is when I set them up as a Standard user with access to customers only they are not able to log into the app. If I set them up as a standard user with access to customers and vendors they can sign in just fine but now they can see financials. I don't want them to see that. Is there any way to make this work so they can just see the customer side of QB?

Thanks for being detailed about your concern. Let me share some insights about adding a Standard user to your company.

In QBO, employees’ with Customer and Vendor permissions can view customer registers, reports, supplier, and A/P reports. The functionality to remove their access to the reports is unavailable at this time. I’m adding a link that provides an overview of the user types and permissions in QuickBooks Online.
