When sending paystubs to the cloud for employees it starts but doesn't finish sending. What is causing this

Let's process troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue. Let me provide you the steps below:

  1. Close and reopen QuickBooks Desktop.
  2. Select this link Downloads and Updates, select your Product and Version, select Search, and select the Get the latest updates link to ensure you have the most recent update.
  3. Close QuickBooks Desktop and restart your computer.
  4. Right-click the QuickBooks icon, and select Run as the Administrator.
