We were approved for a direct deposit increase on Monday January 10th. However, it was approved for the wrong Company ID, and there was no way on the first “direct deposit increase form” to designate which company ID we wanted the change for.
We need the already approved Direct Deposit increase applied to our current file.
I’ve called Quickbooks Online Support several times, and they stated that there is nothing they can do because those departments do not speak to each other–which is why I am now trying to backdoor the system and do the faster funding model. They also instructed me to fill out the form AGAIN which doesn’t make any sense because, once again, I can’t write which Company ID the increase should be applied to.
We have payroll scheduled for this week, and it is extremely urgent that we use our new file as it is the most accurate....Not sure what to do!
