Deleting former Master Admin

Trying to delete our former MAster Admin.  I logged in with her credential and made myself the new Master Admin.  Logged back in as me and confirmed I am Master Admin.  Under "Manage Users" when I try to click delete user, it asks me to confirm and then I get "Error, Please try again, please try after some time".. Any idea??

Deleting former Master Admin

Congratulations on making yourself the master admin, DColombo.

 

Let's try to use a private window to isolate the error. This is to determine if the error is browser-related. Use the keyboard shortcuts below:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P

Once completed, you can log back into your account and delete the user access. If it works, you can clear your browser's cache to optimize it. You can also use a different browser.
