Did the direct deposit process change this month?

Employees are usually paid by the time they wake up on the last day of the month, but nobody got anything yet. QB says payroll processed, but also have all their "Contact Us" channels closed so I cant contact them. Whats going on?

Thanks for requesting some updates here in the QB Community, @steve-ramsthel,

 

We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.

 

See this link to be updated with the current status of this Direct Deposit concern. You can also click on Subscribe to Updates to receive notification emails if there are outages in QBO.

 

Also, phone lines are now open. We temporarily suspended calls to prevent long hold times as we resolved a direct deposit payroll issue. 

 

We know how critical each paycheck is to your team. This is, even more, the case in our current environment. Thank you for your patience as we focus to ensure your employees’ funds are available as soon as possible.
