direct deposit for payroll

can i submit my payroll direct deposit early and it post on the day as usual?

for example

i usually have to submit my payroll on a Thursday for it to be in the employees account for the Monday.

(2 federal days processing)

My next payroll for the employees is Monday april 6th and would have to submit that payroll on thursday April 2nd for it to be in their account for Monday april 6th.

my question is, can i submit it before Thursday April 2nd but it wouldnt post to the employees' account till Monday April 6th?

Hello, @v.frey.

For direct deposit, you can send payroll as early as 45 days before the check date. The employee's check date would be as it is.
