Direct Deposit not showing in employee accounts

Getting your employees being paid is one of our number-one priority, secondshiftoffic.

 

Other Community participants are also sharing that they are experiencing the same concern about employees' direct deposit not posting to their account today. Please let your employees know that we are aware and our engineers of this issue and wait for their pay within the day. 

 

I'd also recommend contacting our Payroll Support Team so they can trace your direct deposit submissions. They are available from Monday to Friday from 6 AM - 6 PM PT. Just visit the Help menu, then select the Contact Us button.

Since all of the phone lines are currently down and so are the chat windows, can you give us some kind of an update to give our clients?
