Direct Deposit payroll

The problem is still not resolved.  I am still unable to send the direct deposits.  One of your agents is suppose to call me back today.  To reiterate what I see, When I hit send direct deposits and then key in my pin the message box that pops up starts to say Employer services downloading and then it disappears and never follows through.  I am at my wits end.  I think I may have to delete this whole company file and create a new company file and start from scratch.

I want to ensure you'll be able to process direct deposit checks for your employees.

First, we need to make sure that you have the latest payroll update to avoid any possible issues when processing payroll or paychecks. To download the latest tax table in QuickBooks Desktop, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to the Employees menu
2. Select Get Payroll Updates.
3. Select the Download Entire Update checkbox.
4. Select Download Latest Update. A window appears when the download is complete.

If you wish to update the payroll tax table automatically, turn on automatic updates in QuickBooks. See Update QuickBooks Desktop for more info.

After that, try sending the paychecks again. Just in case you're getting the same behavior, I would recommend getting back to our QuickBooks Desktop Support. This way, a live representative can review the previous case you had and check the possible causes of the issue securely.
