I added a bank account to a contractor profile but I need to delete it, I added the account to the wrong profile. The help section said to edit the account and put all zeros but that didn't work.

I've checked our files to see if there's an open investigation. I saw none. This may be caused by too much cache. We'll try a few steps so that you can delete the wrong bank account you add to the contactor's profile.
Let's start by accessing your account in a private browser. This doesn't save your site data and visited pages. Simply press the following keyboards short-cut keys:
If you're able to delete the wrong bank account, let's go back to the main browser, then clear the cache. This refreshes the program and prevents it to behave differently.
Once done, let try to edit a different bank account information from the Contractors menu.

Clearing the cache didn't work either- it's saying I'm entering the account info incorrectly and there is no option to delete only update bank account info
