Direct Deposit setup

I have a quick books account established for work and I am able to see time sheet/schedule.

However, when my employer sends me a link to setup my direct deposit I am suppose to be able to utilize my same login - when I attempt to do so - I receive an "something went wrong. error on our end" notification and I am unable to move forward with establishing a direct deposit account.

It's my priority to ensure that you'll be able to set up a direct depot in QuickBooks Online.

 

I'd like to inform you that we currently have an ongoing issue, wherein customers' received "Something went wrong on our side. Try refreshing the page" error when setting up a direct deposit. Our engineers are now investigating the root cause of this matter so they can apply a fix.

 

For now, I'd encourage you to reach out to our Customer Care Team. This way, you'll be notified once any updates about this hurdle are made available. You can receive an email about the status of this behavior.

 

To reach them:

  1. Click on Help at the top menu bar.
  2. Select on on the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter a brief description of the issue in the What can we help you with? box.
  4. Press on Let's talk.
  5. Select on Get a callback.
  6. Key in your contact details, then tap on Confirm my call.
