Thank you for posting in the Community. I’m here to share a few details about disabling your employee’s ViewMyPaycheck notifications.
Deleting an employee’s email address on their profile in QuickBooks Online won’t disable the email notifications when you create and send payroll.
As what I’ve mentioned on your previous post, an email notification will be sent to your employee once they enabled the option in the QuickBooks Workforce website unless they choose to opt-out.
While this is currently not available, I recommend sending us your insight and opinion by going to the Gear icon and selecting Feedback. This way our Product Developers would know what you liked and what we can improve to make it better.
