Disappointed in QBO again. Been using TSHEETS for a year. Last week admins can not add employees. Must be done thru payroll. No heads up, just change

I need to be able to put the employee in the time clock before the record is built in QBO. Used to be able to do this.

I can definitely understand that this change in the workflow can be a major adjustment. These changes were made in this specific integration only.  Our team is aware of the issues this is causing and we're working towards a solution that best suits our customers.

 

That being said, feedback is so important to us! If you're willing to take the time to share, here's how you can submit this feedback:

  1. Go to help.tsheets.com.
  2. At the bottom, select Suggest an idea.
  3. Enter your idea, then select Post a new idea or Vote for an existing idea.
  4. Optional: Select a category.
  5. Describe the idea, and select Post idea.
