Does anyone have a prob with Intuit deducting money for payroll taxes and Tax agency doesn't receive it?

I set up automatic tax payments for one of the State tax agencies and the payments never make it to the State tax agency but it is deducted from our bank account. I have reached out to Intuit several times but have not received a response. As anyone else had issues of this with Intuit?

I can see the importance of having all payroll tax payments received by the tax agencies. This ensures your taxes and forms have accurate information including your payroll records.


We’ll have to check how your Automate taxes and forms setting is set up to determine where the issue is stemming from. Since the security of your information is our utmost priority, I still recommend contacting our Payroll Support Team again. 

 

Then provide the case number from your previous call or chat to speed up the process. Our specialists will review the case notes and continue performing the troubleshooting steps from there. Follow the steps below to get in touch with them.

 

  1. Head to the Help icon at the top to open the QB Assistant window.
  2. Go to the Assistant tab and enter a brief description of your concern in the Type something field. For example, the state tax agency didn’t receive the tax payment.
  3. Click the Get help from a human link and follow the on-screen steps to complete the process.
  4. In How would you like to connect with us? section, pick Chat for real-time assistance or Callback to speak with an agent.

Does anyone have a prob with Intuit deducting money for payroll taxes and Tax agency doesn't receive it?

I have already gone through the Chat function and was told to email the Payroll tax support which I did. I received a few emails saying that they were investigating and would get back to me in 3 weeks or less. It is now 3 MONTHS and I have not heard anything from anyone. These two payments to Ohio SUI- one on 10/08/21 in the amount of $35.03 and one on 1/10/22 in the amount of $65.81 was not received by the tax agency however THEY WERE DEDUCTED FROM OUR BANK ACCOUNT FROM INTUIT. Where is this money?
