Does anyone know how to clear the reactivation notice for payroll. My account is active yet I continue to get pinged by the system to reactivate my payroll. When I go into my intuit account everything is listed as active?

Let’s make sure your QuickBooks has the latest maintenance and download the tax table update. These updates will resolve any issues you encounter while using the program and refreshes your payroll service. The steps are easy, and I’m here to help you.

To update QuickBooks:

1. In your company file, go to the Help menu at the top bar and choose Update QuickBooks.
2. Select the Update Now tab and tick the Reset Update box to remove previously downloaded releases.
3. Click Get Updates and press OK to continue.
4. Close and reopen QuickBooks to install the update.
5. Once completed, restart your computer.

To download the latest tax table version:

1. Navigate to the Employees menu at the top and select Get Payroll Updates.
2. Tick the radio button for Download Entire Update and press the Download Latest Update menu.
3. You’ll see an informational window when the download is complete.
