Let me provide some steps to sort out your concern about bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
If updates appear to be stalled or you aren't receiving the most recent transactions, review the following to get QuickBooks to resume downloading transactions.
Please take note that the last 90 days' worth of bank transactions are not available for download. Otherwise, you'll have to manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Nevertheless, here’s what we can do to keep your latest transaction flowing into your QBO account:
Start a manual download:
- From the Banking menu, select the Banking tab.
- Select Update.
All of your linked bank and credit card accounts are updated as a result. If QuickBooks downloads more transactions, there will be more transactions in each account tile.
