Does QB Desktop Enhanced Payroll offer any assistance in filing Forms 1095-C and 1094-C?

Welcome, @lnye.

 

I’m here to lend a helping hand with the Enhanced Payroll filling forms for 1094-C and 1095-C. You can find payroll information as in employee contact information and service-hour reports from your payroll account.

 

Let me guide you:

 

  1. Locate Reports, choose Employees & Payroll, and select Employee Contact List.
  2. Go to the Customize Report option.
  3. Pick the Display tab.
  4. Find the Column options to include.
  5. Push Ok.

To run a report showing the total service-hours for each employee by month:

  1. Select Reports, pick Employees & Payroll and push Payroll Summary.
  2. From the Date Range drop-down menu, locate Custom.
  3. Enter a date range that includes pay dates with pay periods spanning an entire month.
  4. To filter the report showing all employees, go to the Employees in the Columns section
  5. Hit Ok.
  6. To print or save the report, choose Print Report or Save as PDF from the File drop-down menu.

 

Important: Because of the HR and benefits information needed to complete these forms, Intuit Payroll Services does not support either form.
