Yes, QBO (Enhanced Payroll) yet have a canned report for WA Paid Family & Medical Leave program. if your Enhanced Payroll is working then you can get that report.
I appreciate you for getting back to us here in the Community. I'm here to help provide information about the Paid Family and Medical Leave tax.
In the meantime, you'll need to file the Paid Family and Medical Leave Report form directly to the Washington state agency website. You can run the Payroll Summary or Payroll Details report to help you with the amounts you need from QuickBooks Online.
To gain more insights into the Washington Tax Compliance and to know the availability of the forms, please check out these articles:
Please let me know if you have additional questions or concerns with the state tax. I'll keep an eye out on your response.
So the correct answer to my initial question is no, QBO does not have a canned report for this yet. Before I complain too loudly, I see that my payroll is being updated (so I cannot run reports at the moment, so maybe Intuit is rushing to install this report...
I hope so, as it probably takes more time for me grind this out of the payroll details (and also get the SSNs and plug them in) than it should take a skilled coder on the Intuit report-creating team to create a simple report that draws on only four pre-existing data points...
Thanks for the update anyway.
We really appreciate you sharing your suggestions, @bethanytreasure.
I'll be sure to provide our developers with your feedback regarding the accountant access feature.
Our developers keep track of the requests on this page and often update the app, so we recommend keeping an eye on our blog for announcements: https://intuit.me/2L2zqTv
