Hello there, Greaterfaith. QuickBooks Online Payroll doesn't include filing for form 990 in its service plans. While the system automatically handles your payroll-specific taxes, such as Forms 941 and 940, and state unemployment taxes, Form 990 is an information return for your entire organisation, not just a payroll report. You’ll have to manage and file this form directly with the IRS or your tax agency outside of QuickBooks.
