I can help you with integrating QuickBooks Payroll and QuickBooks Online subscription, @steve271.
The feature to merge or integrate a QuickBooks Standard Payroll account and a QuickBooks Online account is currently unavailable. What you can do is import your Chart of Accounts from one company to another. You can transfer lists to your QBO company as well. These are customers, vendors, and product lists. In case you'd like to add QuickBooks Online to your QuickBooks Payroll subscription, then you may go to your Billing & Subscription tab to upgrade your subscription.
Follow the steps below:
- Go to the Gear icon (⚙) and then proceed to your Account and settings.
- Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
- In the QuickBooks Online section, click on Upgrade your plan.
- Review the available plans and then select Choose plan.
- Follow the on-screen steps to upgrade your plan.
