Thanks for visiting the Community, @jethbattisto. To clarify, QuickBooks automatically generate the RT-6 form for your business. Then, you file them in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You should be able to view your RT-6 Form on the Payroll Taxes page. Here's how:

  1.  Go to the Taxes tab, then select the Payroll Tax.
  2. In the Forms section, select Quarterly Forms.
  3. Click the RT-6 form link, then select Payroll Tax.
  4. Select the date range of the form.
  5. If you’ve setup e-services before, uncheck the File electronically box. Otherwise, enroll for e-services by clicking the View button.
  6. On the ViewPdfForm page, click the Download icon at the right top.

Just in case, I've included this article to guide you on how to use E-file and E-pay: How To Use E-file and E-pay in Florida.

For future reference, read through this article: Florida Electronic Filing Restriction. It helps you learn about the reasons for the inability to file your Florida quarterly form electronically.
