Allow me to share additional information about submitting an amended DE-9 form.
Currently, the payroll program will no longer allow you to submit a form that is already electronically filed. You’ll have to print and manually submit the DE 9ADJ form directly to the state. To get a copy of the amended return, visit your state website.
