Intuit had an update last week for 2019 Desktop Quick Books. Now I can no longer pay my contractors electronically. What happened!

Did you receive an error or a warning stating that the vendor payment transmission failed during the process?
If yes, it happens when sending a direct deposit to one of your contractors that are not marked as a 1099 vendor.
