Employee cannot reset his QB online pay stub, forgot his PW. When he tries to reset it tells him to contact the Me. Anyone know how to reset an employees pa stub access?

I would be happy to help with this issue.  This should be an easy fix.  Here's how you can send a new invite to the employee so he can set up his password again:

1. Go to Workers and select Employees.
2. Select the employee you need to resend the invitation to
3. In the Personal info section, Select Resend next to “Invite this employee to view their pay stubs and W-2’s Online.”
4. Select Done. This will send a new email invitation to the employee.
