I would be happy to help with this issue. This should be an easy fix. Here's how you can send a new invite to the employee so he can set up his password again:
- Go to Workers and select Employees.
- Select the employee you need to resend the invitation to
- In the Personal info section, Select Resend next to “Invite this employee to view their pay stubs and W-2’s Online.”
- Select Done. This will send a new email invitation to the employee.
