Employee Configuration Problem(s)

Hi, your system won't allow me to post my Employee Configuration NUMBER (claims it's "personal" info) so here's the problem (yet again):

My login situation has not been resolved. My password still won't work, so I contacted my employer (per your instructions) and she tried to send another "Invite" to me to login or setup an account with you or whatever, but we are still striking out. I have an incident or case number but not allowed (able) to post it here...!?!?!?!?!!!!!!!

Since the troubleshooting steps that was provided didn't work. I suggest reaching back to them. They have the tools to further check your credentials and what's causing the error in a safe and secure environment.
