Hello,
I did not pay an employee an increased wage for a job and his Direct Deposit has already been processed. I paid my employee his normal hourly wage of $30.94 for 10 hours when I should have paid him $36.55 per hour.
I cannot stop the DD, it will hit his account tomorrow.
This job requires Certified Payroll Report so I cannot make it up on the next pay date.
How do I handle paying him the difference?
