Employees account was wrong for direct deposit paycheck. How do I fix it so they get paid?

How to correct employee's bank account, I processed payroll 17 June, and the checkdate is 21 June.

We process your Direct Deposit (DD) 2 banking days before the paycheck date. In your case, you can no longer change your employee's bank information. 

 

There's a possibility that the transaction gets rejected. You might want to call our Phone Support tomorrow to perform a DD trace. To contact, see the steps below.

 

  1. Click Help (?).
  2. Click Contact us.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern.
  4. Then, click Let's Talk.
  5. Click Get a callback.
  6. Enter your contact information.
  7. Select Call me.

Once you've confirmed that employee's paycheck is rejected, you can write a regular check

hello, thanks for the response.  I did received from Intuit, that the DD was rejected and I was instructed to pay  the employee via paper check...  Intuit will refund the DD amount back to my account within five days.
