Employees didn't receive direct deposits today

For the first time in six years, my employees started calling at 6:30AM because their direct deposits didn't hit their bank accounts.  Everything was processed in time and looks clear on my end.  Anyone else having this issue? No one received their direct deposit payments. QB support is still not available for another hour.

Our engineers are aware of this and are working to find the root cause to resolve this issue. Please check our Status Board and click SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES. You can also inform your employees to monitor their pays within today while this is being taken care of.

This is NOT OK. For the first time ever, my employees have not received their payroll due to a QB issue. No one picks up the phone at Intuit/QB Payroll. Even live chat is shut down within QB. What am I supposed to tell my employees? When will this be solved? I need an answer.

I appreciate your help, but this was a very frustrating experience.  I understand that glitches can happen, but the delay in any type of response is unacceptable.  Something should have been posted on the website immediately or emails should've been sent, so that we all could know that it was being addressed. Instead we sat around, unsure if it was even being recognized as an issue.
